The lodging was super cozy and well situated, and I was warmly received and settled in. Both the owner of the Pousa and receptionist Elen were very helpful, offering tips on places, restaurants, and beaches to visit. I’ll definitely return!

The location was great, but the staff were not friendly or helpful; we got no city tips or any information about our stay, and the lack of empathy in Angra left us disappointed.
