The view was nice, but some staff could have been friendlier. We didn't have coffee in our suite and were told to wait until 8 am when the breakfast area opens. The shower had mould. If you check out early, no staff were available. The bar staff missed details on cocktails. The complimentary taxis cost more than regular town taxis. Pool towels were missing unless you asked for them.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The setting is superb, with an incredible sea view that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were really adorable, very kind, welcoming, attentive, and always available when we needed something (big thanks to Sotiris). A very nice experience that I recommend without hesitation. The only downside is that the pool isn’t heated and other guests can see the pool from their rooms, which can be quite annoying when you’re looking for privacy and quiet. It would be a real plus to provide more privacy around the pool, for example with screens or a suitable layout. Despite that, I have a good memory of my stay.

The location was excellent and the staff were polite! The private pool in the room was dirty, old, and had leaves inside; the tiles were yellowed, the stairs rusted, and the overall quality‑price feel was disappointing.
