A great place with very kind owners. As soon as you step outside, you hit a very busy street with a lot of traffic.

The owners and hosts were very welcoming, and the garden and rooms were lovely. The spot is great too, with a bakery café right across the street. The garden itself is really nice.

The property is basic—neither bad nor good. The rooms should be cleaned daily, but they aren’t. I asked for a fresh towel and got one. It was the only choice available for New Year’s; if I had another option, I’d pick it and even pay three times more for better standards, daily cleaning, and fresh towels every day. The place is a 3‑minute walk to Dickwella beach and a 10‑minute walk to Hiriketiya beach, which was convenient.
