This Deluxe Double Room has a view and features a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, toilet, toilet paper, towels, and free toiletries. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, and soundproofing, as well as a refrigerator, electric kettle, and desk. It also includes a sofa, wardrobe or closet, clothes rack, drying rack for clothing, alarm clock, and socket near the bed, with child safety socket covers and hand sanitizer provided. The room sleeps 2 guests and has hardwood or parquet floors, with free Wifi available.

Overall, a great hotel, excellent location, good facilities, a spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff, but they don’t speak English. Communication was only via translator. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The location was awful; getting to and from the hotel required a taxi, and nothing was nearby. Cafés, restaurants, or shops were about 3 km away.
A spacious, tidy room and a simple but decent breakfast, though the location feels a bit remote. We booked a family room with two double beds, but only two were actually provided. The bathroom had large towels, and after telling reception on the first night, four large towels appeared in the evening, yet the next day only two returned. We were disturbed by noisy guests in the room next to ours who talked loudly late into the night, but the hotel couldn't really do much about that.

The staff were very professional and the café, tea, and green surroundings were pleasant. It’s only a 10‑minute walk from the mall. The building feels old, with carpeted floors and a tobacco smell in the room, and it’s a bit off‑center from the city.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us, especially the employee who walked us to the bus stop and the one who helped us order meals. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel’s location is quite out of the way, but once you understand the system, taking a taxi to a metro station is easy and cheap. The Wi‑Fi quality is poor.
