The place is beautiful, the pools and common areas are very clean, and being able to access the restaurants at both hotels is a big plus. The rooms are huge but lack décor—no artwork at all—making them look old‑fashioned. The pillows are too high; I’d suggest offering different types so guests can choose.

The hotel is truly spectacular in every way—good facilities, excellent food and drinks, and very attentive staff—so the negative reviews I read before my visit were misleading. I was pleasantly surprised. The only downside is that they require guests to wear long pants in the restaurants.

We enjoyed the beach, the hospitality of some staff members, access to the pools, and the hotel’s restaurants, and in our case we could enter the pool directly from our room. The reception’s attitude during check‑in was poor, the pool was dirty, and the room wasn’t clean.

The staff really stood out, especially Laluis and Jerry, who were amazing, and Wendy handled all our bartending and snacking needs flawlessly. Our swim‑out room was perfect for floating whenever we wanted, whether early or late. On the downside, the facilities are getting worn and run down; a full facelift is needed soon. Some guests got bad rooms, but I got a decent one that was clean and comfortable, though a few items were missing or mismatched.
