“NÃO VOLTO E NÃO INDICO”

The location was great, but the rooms and bathrooms were dirty and there were no towels in the room; we had to go downstairs to get them. There was also no comforter, so we had to fetch one from the hallway. We booked a double bed, yet the hotel gave us two single beds together. The receptionist was terrible, more focused on her Instagram than on giving us the breakfast times and location, which is outside the hotel. Parking was insufficient; we had to park on the street.

The pool bar service was good, but there was no structure to handle the demand. The apartment wasn’t cleaned.

“Razoável”

The breakfast was excellent, and that was the only good thing. The building looked very old and abandoned; I paid a high price expecting something else. The bathroom had a leaking shower door, which was dangerous for my son.
