“Recommended stay in Karol Bagh, Delhi”
The staff are excellent, they upgraded me to a larger room, the food is amazing, and the location is unbeatable—just on the main road at Haldiram’s. Nothing to complain about.

They confirmed my booking but then denied me check‑in because they claimed there were no rooms available, even though I had a confirmed reservation.

The room was spotless and the service was super quick; Saurabh at reception was polite and helpful, making it a safe and pleasant stay.

The hotel is very budget‑friendly in Delhi and has all the usual amenities; the staff are friendly and the location is close to a metro station, though the overall hospitality could use improvement.
