“Amazing experience !”

The view from the hotel was simply great, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed during my visit, which limited my ability to fully enjoy my stay. Despite this, the hotel's scenic views were a consolation.

“Ms. Monica and the rest of the staff on ground are superb! They made the visit awesome”

Although I initially had issues with my booked room, the hotel's customer service was excellent, and the alternatives they offered more than made up for the trouble. I was impressed by their responsiveness to my inquiries and requests. However, I did find the parking area to be in need of improvement, particularly in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities and clearer signage.
