The complex is big and has plenty of kid‑friendly facilities. The suite, however, had a lot of stains and wear marks (on the sofa, etc.), the beds creaked, and the soundproofing between rooms was poor. Breakfast only opened at 8 am, so we missed it because we had to leave at 7:30.

Super hotel: repas tres diversifiés et tres bons!! Petit dej délicieux! Chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, parc aquatique top et tout est fait pour les enfants !. Changement des serviettes quotidien malgré notre demande d’éviter par souci écologique

The staff, especially the kids’ animators, were really great. Everyone was kind and eager to help. The food was excellent, with a wide selection and everything we tried was tasty. I would have preferred fewer sweets, because there was always too much temptation for the kids. The pool water was extremely cold; my daughter started shivering after a couple of minutes and we could never stay in it as long as we wanted. Even the sea was warmer. Some parts of the facilities or building looked aged, but that didn’t affect our stay.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the indoor pool was great for a visit in the off‑season. The rooms were extremely noisy; we could hear other guests in the rooms and hallway all the time. At 3 am we heard furniture being moved and people singing down the hall. Our “garden view” room faced the hotel entrance and playground, where at 11 pm basketball was still being played by a few teens and the security guard. I understand a family hotel can be noisy, but it was very inconsiderate to be so loud late at night. We booked because of good reviews, but we had two babies (10 months, 7 months). The staff offered no consideration at all. In the restaurant you had to hunt for high chairs, and even when the staff saw we were carrying a baby in a high chair, no help was offered. The restaurant is too small for the hotel’s size. We were in the off‑season, yet it was still packed and we sometimes couldn’t reach the buffet. The distances between the different buffet stations were wide, and the food was often cold. The food didn’t taste good to us personally. We also chose the hotel for its “playroom” because it was helpful for two kids in the off‑season. That space was only for child entertainment, with many tables for drawing and crafts. To play with the kids there, there were only three small vehicles. There was also a big TV hanging there that was on continuously.
