I had to book another hotel because we didn’t receive a key code for the room, so we couldn’t check in and ended up with a no‑show charge, but thankfully that was resolved quickly.

The room’s views were great, and the location was perfect for walking to every attraction; Isabella was a delight, and everything else was flawless—nine nights felt like home.

“Ubicación excelente y muy buena relación calidad-precio”

The spot is superb, right next to the Tate Modern, close to Blackfriars station, and across the river with breathtaking views of London, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge, especially at night. The flat was tidy, well‑priced, and came with a fridge, microwave, kettle, two‑person dishware, coffee, sugar, etc. Isabella lives there, is friendly, discreet, and always attentive when present. The key exchange is a bit awkward because you have to walk 7‑8 streets, and carrying luggage can be troublesome. During our stay the wooden slats holding the mattress fell three times, but Isabella was quick to fix the issue each time.
