The hotel was exactly as advertised—nothing fancy. We didn’t actually stay the night, so we can’t judge the sleep quality. We only came to take a shower because we had a late bus; the humidity and heat made us want to freshen up. When we told the receptionist we’d like to check in and out the same afternoon just to shower (even though we paid for a night), she laughed. She then called a colleague who was very kind and attentive. After that, the first man left, and when we had to talk to her again, she laughed again. We had little time to move around with our luggage, and that kind of treatment is not acceptable. It felt awful to be mocked.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The price for the room was very cheap, and it’s close to Pelita. The only entrance to the hotel is by stairs, but there is a lift for those who can’t climb.

The front‑desk staff were very welcoming, but the hotel feels very old and in need of renovation, and in the basement there is only one real parking space while the other three are just elevator platforms left there for no clear reason.
