The accommodation was excellent, in a good location (Ortigia is about a 15‑minute walk), and it had everything you’d need for a stay. It was well insulated, so I slept peacefully. The host was friendly and helpful, available at all times, and gave us a homemade guide with great tips. We were lucky with parking; there was always a free spot nearby. There are many cafés and restaurants around, including a supermarket. I can only recommend it.

The host’s communication was excellent; he had a personal app that offered daily recommendations, and the location was great. We always found a parking spot right outside the door quickly. The place was clean and basically flawless.

The accommodation was very modern and comfortable, just a 15‑minute walk from the heart of Ortigia. The host was very kind and helpful, even giving us dining suggestions. Highly recommended.

Very clean , good location for sights then bus terminal. Quiet , comfortable. Very helpful staff, owner who let us leave our bags at 10.30am and gave us the keys to the room! Very rare now days. Highly recommend. Nothing all was good
