I booked last minute, but this place was an absolute gem! Christian welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and the room with its private garden felt completely secluded and peaceful, making for a wonderfully quiet retreat. Everything – inside and out – was spotless, and the pool was fantastic for swimming and relaxing. The setting is delightfully peaceful, yet close enough to walk to hiking trails or head into town for restaurants and bars without hassle. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great trip!

Everything! Comfort, cleanliness, equipment, pool space, and of course the location! 200 m (by foot) from the port of Théoule and the beaches, 50 m from the trailheads in the Esterel Natural Park. Nothing! We appreciated everything!

Christian was adorable, the welcome was warm, and the place was great! Spacious, clean, the air‑conditioned room and a nice pool to enjoy! I don't regret my choice, on the contrary! It was better than my expectations.

Quiet spot with a lovely landscaped outdoor area. Special shout‑out to the pool area. The room was fully comfortable with highly effective cooling even during the heatwave. Ideally located close to the beach and the harbor. A must‑visit.
