I stayed on the 2nd floor with a 38 kg suitcase, so the reception could have offered to move me to the 1st floor or at least suggested it; otherwise the lift was a hassle. The location was great, breakfast was solid, and everything else was amazing, even letting us bring food from outside, which was a nice touch.

The overall ambiance was marred by an unclean environment, with torn bed sheets and a room infested with cockroaches. The pillow was in a deplorable state, which made my stay even more unbearable.
