The location is perfect, surrounded by greenery, and the staff were attentive, making it the best experience in Punjab for us! The pool isn’t heated and there’s no draught beer, which isn’t a problem but is my opinion.

Ordering food was slow, especially at the main restaurant for breakfast; I had to chase for hot drinks more than 30 minutes.

The room was clean and the staff polite, but the food is overpriced and not up to the mark. The location is far off and taxi service isn’t easily accessible. The toilet cover was broken and not fixed; at the price they’re charging, such things are not expected.
