The staff were kind, every detail was taken care of, even the breakfast cups were personalized for the girls. We were very pleased. The room wasn’t well ventilated and there was a musty smell.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location in a lovely hilltop village outside Lucca was perfect when the city is busy with big events and you want a quiet spot. The historic building meant some services were a bit outdated.

We had a beautiful stay in the most perfect location. Breakfast in the courtyard was gorgeous. We were warmly welcomed and the hosts were a joy!

L'emplacement. La propreté laisse à désirer. Le petit balcon de la chambre jamais nettoyé. La douche n'est pas pratique. Hormis la climatisation, tout est vétuste
