The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the room felt cramped and didn’t offer much space to move around.

Staff were courteous and the hotel stayed fairly quiet, plus the metro station was just around the corner—a real plus. After two nights, however, housekeeping left the bathroom with barely any toilet paper and didn’t restock any spare, which was disappointing.

The location itself was fine, but the staff tried to squeeze extra money out of us for leaving our luggage after checkout. The receptionist said it would be 40 yen an hour, yet when we came back for the bags they demanded a full day’s charge and even threatened us, which was especially upsetting with two kids in tow—we decided not to involve the police.
