The downstairs facilities were lovely and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The location for us was perfect. Food for breakfast a treat and Blind restaurant a memorable experience. The room decor was tired and in need of some TLC. Stains on bathroom floor and on the carpet. Bathroom not 100% clean. I did speak to the Manager and he went out of his way to try to put things right. Outstanding customer service

The location and the staff details were great, and breakfast was well served even though we had to cross the street. It wasn’t planned that we would stay in the new location. When it rained, the room got wet as we entered. There are plenty of outlets on the walls, but none are USB.
