The staff were exceptional, courteous and well‑prepared. Nothing to add.
The staff were attentive, noticed many small details, and were hospitable, friendly, and chatty.

This hotel is among the cleanest and most beautiful I've seen in Thamel; the staff were very attentive, especially Souraj who was kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff—from the manager to the reception and restaurant staff, all always kind and ready to help. They assisted me on several occasions with promptness and seriousness. Another strong point is the location, right in the heart of Thamel. Excellent value for money. The breakfast was good and the dinner menu even better; I ordered several times and was satisfied each time.
