“Very disappointed with housekeeping”
We stayed two nights and asked for housekeeping. When we came back to our room late in the afternoon to shower, nobody had emptied the trash or changed the towels. I was very disappointed, especially since we had dinner reservations.
“Our rooms were great. The hotel was a great location for our adventures.”
My room was clean and comfortable. The property itself was fine, but the staff weren’t very friendly.
“Für eine Nacht bei Durchreise vollkommen ok.”
Everything was fine for a layover. The place was being renovated, so there wasn’t much disruption during a single night, but a heads‑up beforehand would have been appreciated.
Everyone was very nice and polite. It’s a great place to stay close to the casino.
“Great”
Very accommodating, clean and close to the casino
