The rooftop was fantastic and the location great, but the room didn’t look like the photo, it wasn’t very clean, lacked a lock, and the staff didn’t provide a lock for almost 1.5 days; the service was slow and the room unclean.

The standard double room was in terrible shape with seepage, paint peeling, dirty linen and curtains, water leaking in the washroom, and it was the perfect example of how a room should never be.
