The room didn't match the ad at all – calling it “luxury” feels wrong. The finish is poor, with exposed plumbing in the hallway and protruding screws in the bathroom’s wall panels. The stairs to the bathroom are awkward, and the window is positioned over the back of a restaurant kitchen.

The room was excellent with everything you need for a stay, and the location is perfect for visiting Verona’s center. The bars below stay open until 2 am with loud music.
