The place is excellent with amazing staff—highly recommended. It’s near the Potemkin Stairs, in an interesting building on the ground floor with thick walls that give a sense of safety. Getting there from the train station is convenient. Hot water is constant and strong, the communal kitchen always had a full bottle of drinking water, cleanliness was maintained constantly, the towels were soft, the internet was fast, the mattress was comfortable, and the big bed was good. Public transport, attractions, and many eateries are nearby. The staff allowed early check‑in when we arrived early, for which I’m extremely grateful (though we did arrive a few hours late due to train evacuation delays). It’s an ideal spot I’d love to return to. Everything was perfect—BIG thanks.
