I appreciated the entrance and the first‑floor surroundings; the pool area looked nice from the hallway, though I never used it. The room’s decor style and large TV stood out, and the new vinyl plank floors were a welcome upgrade. Yet the lack of an elevator for our floor and the distance from the lobby annoyed me. The front desk clerk was patronizing, which was off-putting when we were exhausted. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled bad, and the room itself had a terrible odor that forced us to open windows and crank the AC. The bed felt hard, the coffee bar looked odd, and the bathroom was only average—sanding dust on the vanity, paint drips, rusty fixtures, and a broken Kleenex dispenser. The phone in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t call the front desk for help without walking back to the lobby. The overall smell made the room feel dirty, so we left first thing in the morning without even staying for breakfast.

“Fantastic peaceful and beautiful”

The place was stunning, and I’d be back in a heartbeat. Breakfast tasted great, the property itself was spotless and gorgeous. We’ll definitely return.
