I booked for one month, first day we arrived, we waited like 10,15 minutes in the counter, and no one was there. The address is wrong, we looked for long time to find the hotel. The “Pai Family House “ on the map looks awesome, but it’s totally different accommodation. Don’t get cheated!!! I put the card to keep the air conditioner working to keep the room dry, then when I come back, someone took the card and all the electricity were off. Someone entered my room without me knowing that. The swimming pool is very dirty, they said it’s renovation, but it’s totally different than they showed on the app, and the staff says it’s not her business, she’s not the owner. Right after I asked to clean my room, the next day there’s many bug’s poops in the room and toilet, I even got bits from the bugs I don’t know. Everything is dirty, bed sheets, pillows, blankets…when we asked for refund, she says we can leave but there will be no refund
“Super hôtel”
The hotel was very nice and well‑located. The staff were very friendly.
“Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, no-fuss place to stay with helpful staff and good bas”
I really enjoyed my stay overall. I was the only guest at the time, so it felt very quiet and private—something I liked, though it might feel a bit too quiet for others. The host was very welcoming and helpful, happy to sort out anything from bike rentals to bus tickets, which made everything easy. The property isn’t exactly where shown, but it’s only about a 5‑minute walk from there. Pai town is around a 15‑minute walk, so the location is actually pretty good—you’re close enough to everything but away from the noise. I would recommend a bike for getting to and from here. The room itself was spacious with a large bed, and the air conditioning worked well. It’s a bit dated and the resort feels slightly old‑fashioned, but everything was functional. There was also a clean pool for guests, plus useful amenities like a fridge and TV. A pool table was a nice touch. The room felt secure during my stay. One thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few roosters in the surrounding area, and they make noise throughout the day and night. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider—though of course it’s outside the property’s control.
“Perfect”
The place was super cosy, very modern inside, with a comfy bed and a warm, high‑pressure shower. Nothing negative at all.
“Super Hôtel, je recommande”
The staff were very kind and attentive. The location was quiet. The room was pleasant and the atmosphere relaxed.
